Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal data FromKitchenToCode collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. FromKitchenToCode is an individual (sole proprietor) business operated by Phillipe de Araújo Silva, based in Brasília, Brazil, and is the controller of the data described here.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (a project inquiry, a demo request, or a newsletter signup), we collect what you type into it — typically your name, email address, business name/type, an optional link, and any message you write. If you sign a service agreement through a link we send you, we also record your typed name, the time, and the IP address the signature was submitted from, as evidence that you agreed to the terms. Our server and infrastructure providers (see below) also see your IP address as a normal part of serving the site and preventing abuse of our forms.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry, send a quote, or share a demo
- To deliver the website/hosting service you've contracted for, if we work together
- To keep a record that you agreed to a service agreement's terms
- To prevent spam/abuse of our public forms (rate-limiting by IP address)
- To send you a notify-me email if you asked to be notified about a product launch
We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with marketing companies.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and business, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security practices:
- Vultr — hosts the server this site and its data run on.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site for security/performance (DNS, proxy, basic traffic analytics).
- Google (Gmail SMTP) — delivers the email notifications your form submission triggers.
- ntfy.sh — sends a short push notification (your name/business only, not your full message or email) to our phone when you submit a form.
- Stripe / Asaas — if you go on to pay for a service, payment details are handled directly by these processors; we don't store your card or bank details ourselves.
We don't share your data with anyone beyond this list, except if required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry/lead data is kept while it's relevant to a possible or ongoing business relationship. Signed service agreements and payment records are kept for as long as legally required for tax/accounting purposes in Brazil. IP addresses recorded for spam-prevention are short-lived, tied to a rolling time window, and routinely cleared once that window passes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD (and equivalent laws elsewhere), you can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or tell you who we've shared it with. To do any of this, just email us — see "Contact" below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Form inputs are validated and sanitized before storage. The admin tool where inquiries are reviewed is password-protected and not publicly accessible.
Cookies & local storage
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember your language and light/dark theme preference between visits — that stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
